When in contact with this business, I felt the attitude was generally hostile. Reluctant to schedule appointments for jobs only they can/should do to their own security installations, it takes 1 week to get them to accept to do a job (on their own alarm system), and another 10 days to have one of their workers show up. When their worker showed up (for an appointment scheduled 10 days earlier), he refused to finish the job he was scheduled to do and decided to randomly leave after 15 minutes of work. He would have needed another 10/15 minutes to finish, but said he was "in a rush" and that "he'll come back in 2 weeks to finish". When I said I needed this done ASAP for my insurance policy and that I'd waited 2.5/3 weeks in total to get this done, he said very rudely "nope, I'll come back in 2 weeks and if you're not happy about it, call the head office which, by the way, is closed today". He then drove away. I'm beyond shocked by the rudeness, carelessness and consequence-free behaviour of this company and of its employees. As a security company, you expect trust, quality workmanship and professionalism; ensuring security in a timely and reliable manner. Because of this company, I now face serious financial consequences with my insurance, all because this man decided to leave 10 minutes before finishing the job he was scheduled to do since 10 days. I would highly recommend opting for a business that will not only do their job, but will also not insult you in the process.
