I have had two appointments at this dentist and was about to have my third appointment. I was very satisfied with the dentist Mr. Eycken himself; pleasant and good service. The experience I have had with his assistant was far from pleasant. Calling just to confirm a payment detail prior to my appointment we had a different opinion about my previous treatments, while I was telling her I never had a radio intervention she kept on saying in a very irritating way that she was not making this up and that it was written in my file. While I tried to convince her I never had such an intervention she started to sigh loudly and say things like "c'est grave vous". Even though there can be a misunderstanding, there is a professional manner to handle this - which was definitely not the case here. I told her that I was very shocked the way she was talking to her patients. I decided while being on the phone to cancel my appointment (which is tomorrow). This incident made me change dentist.
