accueil sympathique ,interessant que pour le prix et la possibilite de parking,mais ce n'est pas un trois etoiles ; un peu vetuste ; la nuit notre chauffage etait coupe ,donc tres froid le matin.pas de possibilite de petit dejeuner.

This was a leap of faith which paid off, I paid a good price and was impressed with what I got, the room was clean and well equipped and was easy connecting with Brussels excellent public transport with good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Ce n'est pas l'hôtel adéquat pour une lune de miel -;) mais la literie est excellente, le parking sécurisé est bien pratique et le prix (2 personnes et la voiture) est modique (80 euro). Parfait pour loger une nuit, surtout si vous avez prévu des boules Quies: la circulation de ce carrefour est intense ! Pour le petit-déjeuner, une boulangerie-pâtisserie à 20 mètres, "Le mini Prince", dépanne plus qu'agréablement : on vous débarrassera gentiment une petite table dans l'arrière-boutique où vous pourrez déguster les meilleurs croissants de Belgique (je n'exagère pas !).

Booked this hotel because it was one of the cheapest nearest the city centre during NYE 2017-18 and we were not disappointed. Straight forward check in , the double room we had was clean and big enough for us to chill out , watch a bit of TV (BBC1 & 2) , get ready to go out using the en suite shower and the bed was really very comfortable !! Reception were helpful with good advice on public transport and Ahmid even printed out boarding passes off for us! There is a Boulangerie next to the hotel and a corner shop and a restaurant if you feel the need to eat before you get into the city centre. It is on a main road that's about 15 minute walk for Gare de l'Ouest, there you can get bus or metro to where ever you like in the city ! For the budget traveller who likes to go out more than stay in when they visit a new country but still have use of basic amenities then this is the hotel for you ! We had a super time and stayed for 3 nights , Brussels is a fabulous city and we shall return one day i hope !

Uit nood omdat alles vol was hier uitgekomen laat in de avond voor maar liefst 350 e een nacht. Wel vriendelijk maar wat onverschillige receptie. Kamer heel klein wel redelijk schoon maar heel armoedig. Ontzettend gehorig kon de buren naast mij horen snurken.

I did not pick the hotel (note to myself: no more "mystery getaway" on Groupon, not worth the value at all) and after reading the reviews here and on Google I was expecting the worst. What we found was beyond correct. Expecting the worst I was actually nicely surprised. The room and the shower were OK and clean. It's warm, the bed is cosy. Yes the building is not young but I have seen worst. There is no breakfast or restaurant in the hotel but plenty shops, bakery, restaurant around. Coffee machines in the hall. The location is far from all tourist activities but there are bus stops less than one minute away. A taxi from the city centre at night will cost you 12 euros. The area has a bad reputation but from what I saw it is not deserved as I never felt unsafe. And there are actually some quite good restaurants in this area. The guys at the reception are quite nice and polite. The hotel has recently changed direction so hopefully the bad reviews will go away. Overall if you are not looking for luxury and don't mind being in the bus, I would recommend.

Hotel dans l'ensemble plus que le moyen joli chambre, bonne literie, TV Led, personnels souriants et serviables. Les point negatifs salle d'eau restreinte, un peu loin du centre ville et l'unique moyen de transport c le BUS

I definitely would not recommend the hotel to anyone. Location is far from good. Anderlecht looks like a suburb, with limited transport access. You need to walk 25-30 minutes to the metro station and buses also take a lot of time to get to the centre. The chlorine smell in the rooms and corridor made it even more difficult to stay in the hotel. No breakfast, no adequate cleaning, basically, it should be among the cheapest hostels, but it claims to be 3-star hotel with irrelevant prices, which they certainly are not!

The room was so tiny that you had to go to the corridor to actually turn around. The bed sheets were almost black from dirt. The room needed a proper cleaning, especially the bathroom. But that was still bearable... the best thing turned out to be an amazing smell of chlorine which had made our stay a lifetime memory. Anderlecht neighbourhood is kind of depressing suburb with a transport problem. You have to walk 30 minutes to the nearest metro station. The buses came only once in 20 minutes. Service was the worst, no breakfast. It was not even close to a 3-star hotel, but hardly making to a hostel or a motel. I was really trying to write something positive too, but that's just impossible. We wanted to check out of the hotel the very first day, but we had to pay in advance and they did not return our money back. So, seriously guys, DON'T GO THERE!

"If you want to lose your self respect entirely - you should definitely check in to this "hotel". I don’t even know where to start at how dreadful this experience was. First the location was so terrifying, I was praying to return safely during the evenings (since I was working from morning till dawn). I had the pleasure of getting a room precisely located on the sidewalk, meaning that basically my window was a welcome to all the different dirty smells surrounding this area, which was a nice combination to the odor of the pools chlorine coming from the hotel itself. Of course the room didn’t had a minibar or a safe, since it was already ‘soooo secure’. Oh and lets not forget to mention the bathroom… such a delight. The construction of the sink made it possible for me to take a shower involuntarily every morning and evening and don’t even dream of getting a soap or anything complimentary from the hotel room. Anyway, I’m a positive person and I still felt a huge relieve, when I was able to escape from this room and appreciate the beauty of Brussels central areas.”

This is a fine hotel. My room, nr. 40, is large and modern. The bathroom is also modern. The location is well-connected, with a bus and a villo bike point very nearby, for quick connections to central Brussels. The wifi is better than in many other hotels I've seen. It is very affordable, currently decent hotels in Brussels are all €200+ and here it's only €60. Recommended.

Había leído buenas referencias de este hotel, que si bien es de tres estrellas cumplía y era agradable. Mi experiencia fue todo lo contrario. Reservé a través de otra aplicación, y decía que el estacionamiento era gratuito (y en las opiniones también lo recalcaban). En mi caso me hicieron pagar 10 euros aludiendo que eso era sólo promoción de verano, y que desde septiembre cobraban (insisto, reservé un lugar donde decía expresamente que el estacionamiento era gratuito). Ya con eso empezó todo mal. Al llegar a la habitación, esta tenía muy mal olor, el baño al parecer tiene un sistema de tratamiento de residuos y tenía toda la habitación con mal olor. Además, por este sistema que tenía el baño, era muy engorroso de usar. Las piezas cumplen, fui con mi familia y eran cuatro camas individuales. El problema de la pieza es que era muy luminosa de noche, por lo que con niños chicos puede fue incómodo. El hotel no cuenta con nada, son solo piezas, estacionamiento y ascensor. Nada más. Pedí si me podían dar agua caliente para mi hija pequeña, y no tenían nada como para calentar. Como experiencia global, no lo recomiendo.

Ne vaut pas 3 étoiles. Bonne literie. Salle de douche restreinte. Pas de climatisation mais ventilateur. Parking gratuit. Pas de petit déjeuner possible!!! Une nuit maximum. Réceptionniste correct. Assez bruyant donc demander une chambre à l'arrière.

We stayed here for 6 nights just this month. I stayed in a lot of 3 stars hotels many times, but this one would be at most 1.5 or 2. Staff is kind of indifferent, not good not bad , just indifferent (like lazy). TV in our room was not working, we asked to come fix it, the receptionist said he will be there in 3 minutes-he came next evening when we reminded him again.There were 2 channels, off satellite, which were sooooo boring, nothing to watch, not even a news channel. We wanted to follow the attack in Barcelona news - nope, not available. TV had some kind of decoding card inside, which my son explained: its for stealing channels, or encode NOT paid channels. We asked not to clean the rooms(just dont like people going through our stuff ) but we had to ask every day for something ...toilet paper, towels, and such. If they finally changed towels - it was just for one person, my son had to go downstairs to ask for a second set of towels and bath floor mat. Room for 2 is tiny. We booked a room with 2 dbl beds, but got a QZ bed. weird! mom and son in one bed .... In general - i would not recommend it to stay there. location - 35 minutes from city center with the bus and metro.

Okay til en enkel overnatning, men for småt til 4 personer hvis man skal bo der længere, da den sidste opredning spærre for reolsystem og adgang til vindue. For få kontakter til opladning, fandt kun en godt gemt.Nogle af håndklæderne virkede lidt nussede, men rigeligt at tage af. Ok oplevelse prisen taget i betragtning.

This is a classic European hotel. Really nice when you come in with very helpful staff. The rooms were big and clean with new sheets and towels every day. It is a little far from Brussels but the price makes it worth it. Would recommend to anyone.
