I booked a room with kitchenette, living room and seperate bedroom and bathroom for New Year's eve in Ghent. Even though we asked for a non-smoking room, the room did smell like smoke. The location is okay, close to a bus stop. Walking to the city centre takes approx. 15 mins. Staff wasn't overly friendly. Altogether I'd give this hotel 3 stars.
