Seriously, I am talking about my real experience. I am not talking about <1000eur investment, here is more than 5500eur and I know it’s not a small amount for a sofa but we “innocently”believe we could get the best sofa and best service for our purchase and hope it lasts for more than 10 years or for life as per Raquel Fregonesi - sales manager at Roche Bobois Antwerp tried to sell us! In fact, what we received was in good quality, however one of the sofa’s arm was broken after a month (seriously?nearly 6k for a sofa? Even worst than ikea sofa!) we just leaned on very slightly then “crack” I am very PATIENT - that you need to know. Because I texted and called Raquel immediately for the issue. And you know what? Week after week, no response from her end. I dont wanna push, again I am very PATIENT but ENOUGH is ENOUGH! 1 month no response, then 2 months.. I kept sending email for reminder, politely!She said she’s busy… I am sorry but I am also her customer, I am working too I am not jobless, I am busy too and I paid nearly 6k not to receive such disappointing experience! Raquel was very responsive and attentive during the sale but GOOD LUCK CONTACTING HER AFTER SALES! And we not only bought the sofa but also other stuffs like carpet etc > 10k+++ Woww the services of 10k+++ purchase is even worse than a 100eur IKEA I was still very polite and solution-oriented but no resolution for my “broken” sofa for the time being… more than 2 months now! Imagine if you spent such amount of money and effort, could you expect such service like that? Everything is good when there is no issue but when there is an issue, things get resolved, that is where good become better! How can you know if your investment would not “broken” like be? Then you’re PAYING FOR GARBAGE! Plenty of brand outside, choose widely for your home investment. As it’s where you spend most of your HAPPINESS TIME! And definitely I would not recommend Roche Bobois, especially Roche Bobois Antwerp, BELGIUM and their service after sales!
