Through my time in Belgium, I came here for waxing multiple times. Sometimes with an appointment and sometimes without. I can clearly say that this is the BEST waxing place ever! They are always professional, fast and friendly. I also have VERY sensitive skin. But my skin likes this wax that they use, which I think is high quality. The place is also always clean! Love the way they entertain there clients. This is my first time.I was there to get an appointment but she did my brows at the same time and helped me to understand how to book online appointment. PS- They accept cash or mobile pay. They don't have card machine. So don't forget.

I cannot review my experience at Wax&Go highly enough. After having had a not-so-pleasant brazilian wax at another local salon one month prior to my first visit at Wax&Go, I was a bit nervous. Luckily, I was treated to a genuinely fabulous experience, which is hard to come by when you're talking about brazilian waxing. The atmosphere was lovely, the salon was so clean with a nice interior design. Dominique, who owns the salon, was the one who did my wax and she was so kind, very attentive, thorough, and extremely professional. I also am not from Belgium/Gent and do not speak Dutch but she still treated me with warmth and spoke perfect English during the entire time. I will definitely become a regular at this spa/salon, and would highly recommend that others do the same! Thank you again, Dominique and staff. See you soon!
