Work out and go sporting in a fitness centre, sports centre or sports club. The fitness accessories in fitness centres are designed to train specific muscle groups. According to the goal of the exercises, you can choose between general condition training, fat burning and losing weight by spinning, BBB, aerobics and cardio fitness, and muscle enhancing and muscle building training by bodybuilding. In a good fitness centre you are assisted by a professional fitness coach, a physiotherapist and/or a dietitian. If you should get injured, make sure to visit a sports physician.
