At first (about 3 years ago), this dierenkliniek seemed pretty ok. We have 2 cats and we brought them there for vaccinations and for castration. However, since the team changed, the service became terrible. The "doctors" don't seem to be really aware of what they are doing. It is clear that they are young and with little experience. It is now mandatory to make an appointment, which is good, but even like that you have to wait a long time before they help you. Once, one of my cats had a small surgery, and they told me to go pick him up in the evening. I arrived there just to pick him up, and I had to wait for 1 hour and a half. And all that time my cat was already in his transport cage, sorrounded by barking dogs. He was terrified. The surgery was a biopsy, which they sent to the lab for analysis. After some time, we went back to the "doctors" to tell them that the cat was not ok yet, and they told us that the results of the biopsy were not clear. When we received the invoice from the lab, we asked them at least to see the results of the analysis (why should we pay 80 euros for something we didn't even see?). So, they sent us the results, and we found out that the "doctors" lied to us: it was not the analysis that was not clear, it was the biopsy they sent to the lab that was done in a bad way! So, we paid 80 euros for the poorly made biopsy + 80 euros for the lab analysis. For nothing! After this, we decided to change vet.
