Great shop! @sunnyb: yes indeed, they have limited opening hours but hey, they are fanatic athletes which means lots and lots of sports everyday (instead of half an hour of jogging every Sunday...) So please give them a break. I'm very thankful they're willing to share their expertise with us, recreational athletes. I found out I had been running with shoes that made me wobbly (even tough I also bought them in a specialized shop where they performed an analysis) and hence probably caused my chronic tendon inflammation. Hoping for better running times with my brand new customized shoes!

While this place, undoubtedly, knows their stuff, they are atrocious. Their limited hours make it so near to impossible to actually get service let alone actually purchase a pair of shoes. Do they want to make money? Apparently not. I came on a Saturday to buy a pair of shoes but I was told there was a queue of six people and each one would take at least 20 minutes. It was an hour til closing time (2:00) and it was impossible for me to get a pair of running shoes. Get real, get more employees, get decent operating hours so people who have jobs can give you their money.
