The shop is not really service minded: 1) The guy in the reception is bothered when clients come in and he needs to interrupt his telephone conversations. 2) I wanted to have my buy bike repaired. Since the responsible person ("mechaniste") was not there I was told that I have to come back. I was not allowed to let my bike in the shop while waiting for the return of the responsible - for that they claimed that they would not have enough space. If the person who owns the shop is interested in earning money, he should consider ensuring that he and/or his employees are treating potential clients in a rapid, professional, and freindly manner. What I have seen so far does not invite me to come back. I will have my bike repaired in another shop.
